All you need to know about your
healthy and unhealthy stool
What is the healthy stool?
Healthy stool is defined by it's shape,
size, color, consistency and smell.
Shape should be straight or curved as
banana, but it could be longer as long as
passing long stools does not cause you to
strain or struggle, smaller diameter, color
brown, consistency of cream cheese,
smell should be tolerable not extremely
strong.
    The digestive system should eliminate
waste approximately 1 to 3 times per day.
If you defecate 2 to 4 times per week you
have a constipation. Defecating more
frequently than 3 times a day is a
diarrhea.
